Website visitors
Like most website operators, Right People Technologies collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use our Website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Website. We do not gather, request, record, require, collect or track any Internet users' Personal Information through these processes.
Right People Technologies may also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not use such information to identify visitors, however, and do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally-identifying information, as described below.

Collection and disclosure of information in our Players
When adding a contribution in one of our product sites (through our "add how" buttons), you understand and agree that we will treat the name provided, and the comments, as public information. We may, for example, provide compilations of contributions, with your comments, to our partner companies, national leaders or media partners, without disclosing email addresses. Should such partners want to reach you, we will disclose your email only after proper authorisation from yourself.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Right People websites choose to interact in ways that require Right People Technologies to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depend on the nature of the interaction. In each case, we collect such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor's interaction with the Website. Right People Technologies does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
When posting a contribution, or sending a link to our Websites to your friends, you will be required to supply your email address, as well as that of recipients of your link request. Right People Technologies does not disclose such addresses, other than under the circumstances described below.
When you signup to Right People Corporate websites (currently for "the President" and for "CEOs") in our back-office interface, you will provide a password of your choice. You can change your password or have it resent to your email account at any time. This password can be used to edit your personal information at any time.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Right People Technologies discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Right People Technologies' behalf or to provide services available at our Websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using our Website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
Right People Technologies will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. If you are a registered user of the Websites and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Right People. Through our back office, you may request not to receive such emails.
Right People Technologies takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
We may have links to other, outside web sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites, and users should check those policies on such sites.

Cookies
We use cookies only on the back office part of Right People Corporate Websites, i.e. Right People for the President interface for Journalists & Bloggers, and Right People for CEOs Player customization interface. A "cookie" is a tiny text file that we store on your computer to customize your experience and support some necessary functions. Our cookies contain no other information than your login information (email and password) and are neither shared nor revealed to other sites. Our cookies have an unlimited lifespan. We do not look for or at other sites' cookies on your computer.
Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the Website, with the drawback that certain features may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
