Our abuse policy
As a user of the Websites, if you consider that a user-generated content is inappropriate, you may declare this content abusive through our "abuse button". We may then collect your IP address for our records (see Privacy Policies on such issues). Contents that have been declared as abusive display a warning message when entering full views of such contents. Users are then asked if they still want to proceed. Since we cannot be responsible for the content that users generate, by clicking on "yes" the user takes the full responsibility of reading the content. The number of times that a user-generated-content has been declared as "an abuse" is always displayed.
Your account in our Player Customization Interface
Right People for CEOs provides webusers with a back office interface to create a customized player, publish that player on our Websites, and copy our players' code in order to include them on other websites or blogs. This service is provided free of any charge for trial periods. Through this interface, you will be asked to sign-up (refer to our Privacy Policies for such issues). By signing up, you represent and warrant that:
You won't register for more than one user account, or register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself; you won't impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity; you won't use or attempt to use another's account without authorization from the Right People Technologies, or create a false identity on the Website.
You may not use Right People players on sites that include any content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of property, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
If you signup with Right People for CEOs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Right People Technologies reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Player Customization - Copyright issues
Right People for CEOs' players may be customized with company logos, corporate colors along with a photo of the company's CEO.
By submitting such content to Right People for inclusion on your player, you grant Right People technologies a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your player.
Reclaim
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf on business or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
Players termination - Trial periods
Right People for CEOs' players are available free of charge for limited trial periods. Default trial period is 7 days. Exact trial period will be specified in the confirmation email sent to you when you validate your player. Once your trial period has expired, Right People Technologies will temporarily put your player on hold. You may then be contacted by our Sales Department to establish a contract of services between you and Right People Technologies. Right People Technologies reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove players if we believe that similar players are created in order to bypass our trial periods.
Limitations on Use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, or computer systems or networks connected to the Website, through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means to circumvent security procedure. You may not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or any service we provide, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website. You may not modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Right People Technologies.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
